Last name/First name/Address/Email address/Telephone number/Professional experience/Content of exchanges with the applicant and comments on the applicant in accordance with regulations and labor law, and any information provided voluntarily by the applicant.

Performance of the contract

CV database: management of a pool of candidates to meet recruitment needs Management of CVs (including semantic analysis of CVs), cover letters, references, and documents uploaded to the site by candidates

Unless you object, up to 2 years after the selection process, unless agreement is given to retain the data for a further period of two years.

Statistics: Monitoring and management of recruitment activity and log management (tracking records made by candidates and client users)

Your data may be shared with subsidiaries of Cegid SAS, external service providers responsible for processing, or authorized third parties in the event of requests from the competent authorities. 

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If you do not fill them in, your data cannot be processed.

Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union for the purposes detailed above. These transfers are subject to specific legal frameworks to ensure that the data is covered by an adequate level of protection.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and transfer your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict the use of all data concerning you. When processing is based on consent, you may also withdraw your consent at any time.
