As part of Cegid’s Global IT organization, the Network team is responsible for designing, securing, and evolving the infrastructure that connects our offices, datacenters, and Azure cloud environment worldwide. Cegid is currently undergoing a significant network transformation — modernizing our corporate environments, expanding our hybrid on-premises and Azure connectivity, and laying the groundwork for automation and AI-driven network operations.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco technologies, Azure networking, and enterprise network security. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of network infrastructures across wired, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments, bringing a collaborative mindset to a team that values reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Manage, configure, and support Cisco-based network and wireless infrastructure, including Catalyst switches, WLC, ISE, Meraki Cloud, Catalyst Center, and secure Wi-Fi deployments, along with remote access solutions (SSL/IPSec VPN, FortiSASE).

• Participate in on-call rotation (max. 1 week/month) to ensure 24/7 network reliability and incident response.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

• Explore and contribute to the integration of AI-driven tools and automation into network operations, supporting future initiatives in predictive monitoring, intelligent troubleshooting, and AI-assisted network management.

• Develop and maintain network automation scripts in Python for configuration, monitoring, and reporting.

• Integrate and manage Microsoft Azure networking components, including VPN and Express Route gateways, virtual WAN, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity.

• Implement and maintain Fortinet SASE solutions, enforcing security best practices throughout.

• Lead migration projects transitioning security environments from Cisco ASA/Firepower and Check Point to Fortinet.

• Manage and troubleshoot firewall environments across Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, and Fortinet.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking roles.
• Strong command of Cisco technologies and platforms (routing, switching, wireless).
• Experience with Cisco network access control (ISE), Catalyst Center, and wireless controllers (WLC/Meraki Cloud).
• Proficiency in firewall configuration and support (Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet).
• Solid understanding of SASE, Zero Trust, and general security concepts.
• Familiarity with remote access protocols and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking.
• Experience with Python and Ansible for network automation is a plus.
• Curiosity about or exposure to AI-driven tools for network monitoring, troubleshooting, or automation is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.
• Preferred certifications: Cisco (CCNP), Fortinet (NSE), Microsoft Azure (AZ-700).
