@IT Transformation

Cegid is starting the transformation of its internal IT / Infrastructure through the modernization and simplification of its technological footprint, the implementation of a new operating model and a new organization driven by service catalogue and globalization, along with the growth and internalization of the whole group. As a systems and security professional, you will provide and operate on security expertise and IT infrastructure, in order to evolve our security and infrastructure landscape.

Your mission:
 

  • Provide security expertise and advice for implementing new technologies and products.
  • Monitor the overall IT infrastructure and security landscape and enforce the continuous improvement of the security posture of Cegid Group.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and scans across the organization's IT infrastructure to identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities.
  • Manage day-to-day security operations and follow-up on security events.
  • Develop and maintain automated security scripts and tools to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture, streamline processes, and proactively identify vulnerabilities.
  • Support the response plan of security incidents and forensic investigations.

About you

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
  • At least 4 years experience in SysAdmin and Cybersecurity positions
  • Experience with industry-standard patch and vulnerability scanning tools and software to identify and assess security vulnerabilities within complex IT environments.
  • Experience in managing and developing tools for Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, SIEM, among others
  • Understanding of functionality of security technologies like Firewalls, Proxies, endpoint protection.
  • Expertise in cloud security practices and technologies, ensuring the protection of cloud-based assets.
  • Knowledge about Security Frameworks (CIS, NIS2, ISO27001, ENS, among others)

  • Have clear written and verbal communication in English (mandatory); active listening; team player comfortable with open communication in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent technical aptitude with a constant learning mindset; strong analytical skills; adopts a risk-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong work ethic; resilient and dependable under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
